Oliver Martial Arts Academy Riverview, Florida
Free trial classes, booked online in minutes
We built custom software that lets families book a free trial class online, on their own schedule. More people found the academy, and far more of them signed up.
300% increase in registrations
The starting point
Oliver Martial Arts Academy teaches karate to kids and adults in Riverview. A free trial is how most families decide to join, but getting one booked depended on phone calls and back and forth during class hours.
What we built
Custom free trial scheduling software inside their WordPress site. A parent picks a program, chooses trial days from the real class schedule and registers in a couple of minutes, from a phone, at any hour. We paired it with online registration for summer camp, with a live cost calculator, and for the afterschool program, and tuned the site for local search so nearby families find it first.
The result
Registrations increased by 300%. The academy reaches more families, and the front desk spends its time with students instead of scheduling.
